Monday, January 21^st is MLK day, its a celebration of his work and of the civil right movement. What better way to honor Dr. King then by watching the young people speaking up for what they believe in.

Today, we’re going to be meeting a man who is a Cornell University graduate, writer, musician, videographer, youth organizer, recipient of the Union Square Award, and not to mention, founder of the Lyric Lab, an arts and writing program in East Harlem. He is without a doubt a music pioneer of today. We would like to welcome to the show, Ray Ramirez!
