Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN) is governed by an independent Board of Directors whose members live or work in Manhattan. Members elect its officers, fill vacancies, and oversee MNN operations in accordance to its by-laws. MNN and its Board of Directors are committed to diversity and equitable representation of the residents and organizations of Manhattan they serve. The Manhattan Borough President appoints two members.
